PRICING

Our fees are aligned with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and apply consistently across both NDIS-funded and privately funded clients.

NDIS

We currently support NDIS participants who have a plan-managed or self-managed capacity building budget. We are unable to provide services to NDIA-managed participants.

PRIVATE CLIENTS

We also support private paying clients. Session costs may be subsidized by private health or Medicare Rebates (if eligible).

MEDICARE REBATES

Medicare rebates may be available for some clients accessing speech pathology services through a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan (previously known as an EPC plan).

If you have a chronic or complex health condition, your GP may be able to organise a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan and provide a referral to speech pathology. If you’re eligible, this may help reduce your out-of-pocket costs through a Medicare rebate.

Medicare can contribute towards the cost of up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year. Please note these sessions are shared across allied health providers (for example, speech pathology, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry and psychology).

For speech pathology sessions, the Medicare rebate is $61.80 per appointment under Item 10970, as long as you have a valid referral from your GP.

How to access a Medicare rebate

To access Medicare rebates, we recommend:

  • Chatting with your GP about whether you’re eligible for a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan

  • Requesting a referral to speech pathology

  • Booking your appointment

Fees & payment

We are a private practice, so payment is required on the day of your appointment. If eligible, you can then claim your Medicare rebate after your session. Once payment is received, you will just need to submit your invoice to Medicare.

What to bring along

Prior to your appointment, please email us a copy of your GP referral, and Medicare card.
